How We Handle Your Information

Appointment requests

When you request an appointment, we store the details you type into the form — your name, age, phone number, city, preferred date and time, reason for consultation, and any notes — so the clinic can arrange your visit. These details are also handed to WhatsApp so the message reaches the clinic; they are sent only when you tap send in WhatsApp. We never sell or share your appointment details for marketing.

Advertising measurement (Google)

This site advertises on Google. To understand whether those ads lead to appointment bookings, a Google measurement tag on this site records when a visitor who arrived from an ad requests an appointment. The information sent to Google for this purpose is limited to the fact that a booking happened and the ad click it followed — never your medical details, and never the contents of your appointment form.

Visitors in regions whose privacy laws require a choice (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec) are shown a cookie banner before any such measurement begins, and can accept or reject it. Rejecting stops this measurement while leaving the rest of the site fully usable. Visitors elsewhere are measured as described above, in line with local law.
